Standard Returns

Our policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your receipt of the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please email our customer support team at support@vittra.com for instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@vittra.com.

Return Delivery Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., the product is defective or damaged), we will cover the return delivery costs.

At Vittra, we stand by the effectiveness of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day

exchange guarantee if the product does not deliver its promised effects. To ensure this policy remains fair and transparent for everyone, we require adherence to the following guidelines.

Guarantee Guidelines:

1. Usage Period: The product must be used daily for a consecutive 30-day period.
2. Daily Application Duration: The product must be used for a minimum of 20 minutes every day.
3. Proof of Use Documentation:

• You must provide daily photos to document your use of the product.

• Each photo must have a clear, automatically generated timestamp (a feature on most smartphone cameras).

• The photos must clearly show the application area of your face before and after each daily use.

4. Requesting an Exchange:

• If you do not see the promised results after 30 days of consistent use according to these guidelines, you may request an exchange.

• The request must be submitted within the 30-day guarantee period.

• You must email all 30 days of documented photos as proof of daily use to our support team.

5. Request Review:

• Our support team will review the submitted documentation to verify compliance with all guidelines.

• If all conditions are met, your exchange will be processed.

6. Exclusions:

• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product.

• The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
