At Vittra, your complete satisfaction with our products is our commitment. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Standard Returns


Our policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your receipt of the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


How to Initiate a Return

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@vittra.com.


Return Delivery Costs


You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.


If the return is due to our error (e.g., the product is defective or damaged), we will cover the return delivery costs.

  • The photos must clearly show the application area of your face before and after each daily use.


4. Requesting an Exchange:

  • If you do not see the promised results after 30 days of consistent use according to these guidelines, you may request an exchange.


  • The request must be submitted within the 30-day guarantee period.


  • You must email all 30 days of documented photos as proof of daily use to our support team.


5. Request Review:

  • Our support team will review the submitted documentation to verify compliance with all guidelines.


  • If all conditions are met, your exchange will be processed.


6. Exclusions:

  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product.


  • The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
